Hello Creators and Producers,
Great news! We’ve launched eSignature, a faster and easier way to complete co-performer verification.
No more printing documents, scanning pages, or sending paperwork back and forth. With eSignature, you and your co-performers can complete the process online while keeping your personal information secure.
How It Works:
Before you begin, please make sure camera access is enabled in your browser.
Step 1: Add a New Co-Performer
Navigate to your Co-performers and click Add “New Performer.” When creating the request, select the Electronic Signature option, enter your co-performer’s information, and click Request Verification.
Please allow a few seconds for the system to generate the verification link and send the email.
Step 2: Co-Performer Verification
Your co-performer will receive an email with a verification link.
The link remains active for 7 days, and if it expires, you can easily generate a new one. You can also share the verification link directly if your co-performer cannot access their email.
To complete verification, your co-performer will need to:
- Upload a valid identity document
- Take a photo for identity verification
- Sign the agreement electronically using the same signature shown on their document.

Step 3: Review Process
Once the agreement is signed and verification is completed, our moderation team will review the submission within 1–5 business days.
You can track the status at any time in the Co-Performers section.
Need Verification Right Away?
We’ve made that easier too.
If you and your co-performer are together, you can use Live Verification to complete the process immediately without creating a separate account or waiting for email confirmation.
Important Information
At the moment, eSignature is available for general model releases covering multiple videos and photoshoots.
For single-video releases, printable agreements are still available and can be used as before.
